On the other hand, with technology of 7-speed dual-shift gearbox, the petrol variant is quite powerful and comes with capacity of 1400-cc i.e 1.4 Liters and 1600-cc i.e 1.6 Liters, that produces a horsepower of 75 i.e 55 kilo-Watt with 1.4 Liters and a horsepower of 122 with 1.6 Liters petrol engine of new 2013 Seat Toledo. For diesel engine with 1600-cc i.e 1.6 Liters, Seat is working on configuration that will produce a horsepower of 90 in TDI variant in 2013. 

With these two variants of new 2013 Seat Toledo, it expresses its friendliness with environment, the petrol one has declared CO2 emission of 116 grams/kilometer and on the other hand diesel variant boasts of CO2 estimation of 104 grams/kilometer.

Initial engines available at launch include the usual Volkswagen Group units. They are:

1.2-liter TSI producing 75 PS (55 kW / 74 hp) and CO2 emissions of 116 g/km

1.4-liter TSI producing 122 PS (90 kW / 120 hp)

1.6-liter TDI with outputs of 105 PS (77 kW / 104 hp) and CO2 emissions of 104 g/km

During 2013, SEAT will add a 90 PS (66 kW / 89 hp) TDI variant
